Our Philosophy

When you enter our Dojo, a world of stress release, pleasure, and calm awaits. We are here to help you with your goals of self improvement, and to take away all the pressure of everyday life.

At the Dojo we transform back for one hour leaving our problems, and excess baggage at the door. Here we learn to react without thought to trust our emotions and reflexes. To be with complete confidence and at peace with ourselves.

At our Dojo, we are dedicated to giving you the most complete and highest quality martial arts training available anywhere, Body, Mind and Spirit working together. Feel GREAT!! mentaly and physicaly.

We use the ancient Sempai - Kohai system which means the senior has the responsibility to assist the junior as they were assisted by their seniors. There are no ego in Traditional training only karate-ka working in harmony.

This way you are never left alone. It's like having your own personal trainer beside you every step of the way.
